With the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, team building becomes impact building! Kits for Classrooms is a hands-on, meaningful way for your company, faith group, or community organization to make a difference. Your team will purchase school supply kits through our wholesale partner — saving significantly over retail prices while maximizing impact — then come together to assemble them during a team-building event at your location.
Each kit you build equips a student with the essential tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Once assembled, completed kits are delivered to Red Apple Supplies, our free teacher resource store, where they are distributed directly to local students in need.

We know your time is valuable, so we’ve made it simple: one volunteer can assemble 15–20 kits per hour — meaning your team will create hundreds of moments of impact in just one session!

Build Together
Supplies ship directly to your location so your team can gather, build the kits, and enjoy a meaningful, hands-on volunteer experience that supports local classrooms and students.
Step 3
Deliver Impact
Completed kits are delivered to Red Apple Supplies, our free teacher resource store, where they are distributed to schools and placed into the hands of students in need throughout Palm Beach County.

Helpful Planning Tips
To guarantee on-time delivery, please place your kit order at least 3 weeks in advance of your event date.
Need kits sooner? Email Rita@EducationFoundationPBC.org — we may be able to accommodate rush orders.
If you’d like a member of our team to join your event to share impact stories or help kick things off, let us know when placing your order. On-site participation is available by request and based on staff availability.
Use our Quick Order Guide below to determine the number of kits based on your team size and event duration. One volunteer can typically assemble 15–20 kits per hour, so your group will create hundreds of moments of impact in just one session!

Once your kits are assembled, you have three easy options:
- Drop-Off: Bring completed kits to the Education Foundation’s Red Apple Supplies warehouse.
- Pick-Up: Schedule a pick-up with our team (available for larger orders).
- Ship: Mail the kits back to our office using your preferred carrier.
We’ll work with you to make sure completed kits get into the hands of students quickly and efficiently.
