It is a time to celebrate the great leaders who guide their teams everyday in our Palm Beach County School District… our Principals, Assistant Principals, Teachers and School-Related Employees. Finalists in each of these four categories will be honored for their achievements. The evening will conclude with the exciting announcement of The Principal of the Year, Assistant Principal of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and School-Related Employee of the Year for Palm Beach County.

During the spring, the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, the Business Development Board, and The School District of Palm Beach County recognize extraordinary alumni and community leaders who demonstrate exceptional service and commitment to their profession or the community.
This year, Senator Bobby Powell, Jr. will receive the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award, and Publix will be recognized as the Business Partner of the Year. Our esteemed keynote speaker, Chris Neilsen, Founder & CEO of Levatas, will share insights from his latest book Irreplaceable: How to Thrive in a World Where Everyone Knows Everything all of the Time. Along with a cocktail reception and the awards ceremony, we also have some surprise guests joining us from the School District of Palm Beach County.

The best part is that every penny raised from this golf tournament will go towards supporting the students, teachers, and schools of The School District of Palm Beach County through the numerous programs and services offered by the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.
HEROES FOR EDUCATION 5K

Enthusiastic runners, walkers, volunteers, and supporters of education come together annually to help promote health and wellness while making an impact in Palm Beach County’s public schools.
Students, families, school district employees, businesses, dedicated individuals, and even school mascots, participate and help to share our mission and message while raising funds to benefit programs of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.
GOTEACH! CLASSROOM GRANT AWARDS

Celebrating Classroom Innovation!
The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s GoTeach! Classroom Grants encourage educators to create innovative and exciting educational opportunities for their students. GoTeach! Classroom Grants focus on these priority areas: Literacy, Career Education, Increasing Graduation Rates, Financial Literacy, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Social Emotional Learning, and support for underperforming students. Funding ranges from $1,000 to $5,000.
This event is a celebration to award teachers with their GoTeach! Classroom Grants.
