It’s always inspiring to see businesses making an impact in their local community, and Lesser Lesser Landy & Smith is no exception. For nearly a century, they’ve been dedicated to serving their community, and their recent efforts have once again shown their commitment to helping others. With their team’s help, they packed, sponsored and delivered backpacks full of supplies to all 592 students at Palmetto Elementary. What an incredible feat! Gunster partnered with the Education Foundation to provide backpacks filled with supplies to the students at C.O. Taylor Kirklane Elementary, in honor of the late Ed Tancer. This initiative is especially meaningful because C.O. Taylor Kirklane Elementary was Ed’s alma mater. We believe that access to quality education and necessary resources is crucial for every student to reach their full potential. By providing these backpacks, Gunster is providing hope to these students and ensuring they have the tools they need to start the school year off on the right foot. At Education Foundation, we’re always looking for new ways to make education more accessible and equitable. And that’s why we’re thankful for our partnership with Sympatico Real Estate to provide backpacks for students at Northmore Elementary. With their support, we were able to donate 654 backpacks to these young learners, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in their studies.
