The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County team expresses our heartfelt appreciation to all the participants and Champions of Education who contributed to the tremendous success of the 2024 Bill Malone FORE Our Schools Golf Tournament held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at PGA National!
This year’s event saw an impressive turnout of over 200 golfers, raising more than $300,000 to support high-quality public education within the School District of Palm Beach County. This was made possible through the generous contribution of our presenting sponsor, the Moss Foundation, as well as through the generosity of:

- 28 foursome sponsors
- 34 volunteers
- 14 tee sign sponsors
- generously donated raffle items from area businesses

Save the date for next year’s 4th Annual Bill Malone FORE Our Schools Golf Tournament which will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025 where we hope to sell out all three courses at PGA National and exceed this year’s $300,000 tournament fundraising efforts “FORE Our Schools”!

Bill Malone was known as a compassionate and humble public servant, whose contributions to education and whose steadfast commitment to empowering children is synonymous with the District’s Mission to Educate, Affirm, and Inspire each student in an equity-embedded school system. He played a critical role during his three years as Chief Operating Officer, in reshaping and rebuilding dozens of schools so they would instill pride among students, facilitate learning, and serve as educational passages into tomorrow.
