At the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, our mission extends beyond supporting students and teachers — we are also committed to developing the next generation of nonprofit, business, and community leaders. Through our internship program, students gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful work that impacts public education.
Meet the Interns
Sorahya Eugene
Operations Analyst Intern
About Sorahya
Sorahya Eugene is excited to join the Education Foundation of PBC as an Operations Analyst Intern for Spring 2025.
Sorahya was born and raised in South Florida to parents from Haiti. Her experience in education includes working as a substitute teacher and underwater robotics coach. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Artificial Intelligence at Florida Atlantic University. Driven by the opportunity to improve the lives of others through technology, Sorahya is passionate about leveraging data to create insights and power solutions.
Sorahya currently serves as the Secretary for the National Society of Black Engineers at Florida Atlantic University, where she supports the Society’s mission to increase the number of responsible black engineers to positively impact the community. She also volunteers to support the FIRST Lego Robotics program at the Lois Martin Community Center where she leads middle school students, teaching teamwork and problem-solving strategies to guide them through coding challenges.
When not working or studying, Sorahya enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and outdoor adventures. She loves learning about new technologies and health topics.
Upon graduating from Florida Atlantic University in the Spring of 2027, Sorahya plans to pursue a career in data with a focus on supporting nonprofit or health organizations.
Dodlee Mosilme
Development Intern
About Dodlee
Dodlee is a senior at Florida Atlantic University, where he is pursuing a degree in Biology with a growing professional interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, and community impact. His commitment to service and education has been shaped by hands-on student mentorship and leadership roles, including serving as a College Coach with the Path to College Fellowship and as Director of Youth Ministry, where he supported student success and led community engagement initiatives.
Dodlee is excited to join the team at the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County as a Development Intern. He is excited to learn about donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and how philanthropic partnerships expand educational opportunities for students across the county while continuing to grow his skills in nonprofit development.
Outside of school and work, Dodlee enjoys reading dystopian novels, spending time with friends and family and capturing beautiful moments through photography.
