Backpack Build Season Begins

In July, our community united in an extraordinary effort to support education by volunteering their time to pack 25,000 backpacks for students in Title 1 schools within the School District of Palm Beach County. This initiative brought together people from all walks of life, demonstrating a collective commitment to ensuring that every child has the tools they need to succeed. Volunteers worked tirelessly, filling each backpack with essential school supplies, aiming to alleviate some of the financial burdens that many families face. The event not only provided necessary resources to students but also strengthened the bonds within our community, showcasing the power of collaboration and shared purpose in making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the amazing volunteer groups from MCNA Dental, the PBSO Police Athletic League (PAL), and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Thanks to your hard work and dedication, we were able to pack 2,114 backpacks for the students of Indian Pines Elementary, Belle Glade Elementary, and Gove Elementary. Your efforts have made a significant impact on these young lives, and we deeply appreciate your commitment to supporting our community. Thank you for your invaluable contribution.
